I was asked to shoot a dish at a chinese restaurant for a review in the TW -- besides

having the best Chinese food I've eaten since moving to Tucson, I met some very nice

people who were excited by the photographic process.

I did this with a single light, a 400 w/s studio strobe, with a gold reflector creating a tent

over the food. Why did I shoot it this way? I was on my way across town after a business

profile/headshot shoot and got the call. It's what I had, and I think I made it work.
